PitchYourClients (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website pitchyourclients.com and the PitchYourClients application. We are based in Kerala, India. Contact: hello@pitchyourclients.com

We collect only what we need:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or use the free tool.
• Name — optional, if you provide it during signup.
• Usage analytics — page views, button clicks, session data via PostHog and Microsoft Clarity. No personally identifiable information is sent to these services unless you've given consent.
• Free tool content — the cold email text you submit is processed by our AI and then stored temporarily to improve the service.
• UTM parameters and referrer — to understand how users find us.

• To send you your waitlist confirmation and position email.
• To notify you when PitchYourClients launches.
• To improve the product based on usage patterns.
• To respond to your support emails.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

We use analytics cookies from PostHog and Microsoft Clarity to understand product usage. These cookies are only set after you accept our cookie consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored and these services are not initialised.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks.

We share data with the following trusted processors:

• Supabase — database hosting (EU region)
• Resend — transactional email
• Anthropic — AI processing of free tool submissions
• PostHog — product analytics (consent-gated)
• Microsoft Clarity — session recording (consent-gated)
• Vercel — hosting and edge functions

Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until PitchYourClients is shut down. Free tool session data is retained for 90 days. Analytics data is retained per the respective provider's policies.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at hello@pitchyourclients.com with the subject “Data Request” and we will respond within 72 hours.

If you are in the EU, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Row Level Security (RLS) on our database. API routes are rate-limited. We conduct regular security reviews.

PitchYourClients is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and notify waitlist members by email if the changes are material.
