• ✗Impersonating other people, businesses, or brands
• ✗Generating messages for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive services
• ✗Scraping, reverse-engineering, or copying our AI models or prompts
• ✗Creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits or bans
• ✗Reselling AI-generated messages as a service without our written permission
• ✗Using generated content to harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone

PitchYourClients provides tools to help you communicate — you remain fully responsible for the messages you send. Always review AI-generated content before sending. Never send a message you haven't read.

We make no warranty that generated messages are appropriate for every situation. Platform-specific rules (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.) are your responsibility to follow.

We take violations seriously. Depending on severity and intent, consequences may include:

• →Account suspension (temporary)
• →Permanent account ban with no refund
• →Reporting to relevant authorities for illegal activity

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
